You’re not far off, actually!
Though one of the things that I see in person (and that you should know of), is that he is very generous to those around him. His charities and his big heart extends to people that he might even barely know, but he still manages to make their lives better.
His dedicated work ethic and his ability to remain grounded towards his fans surely makes him even more attractive to all those who spend their money on his movies.
