Women already think James Marsden is one of the best looking men in the world and now he is walking around carrying a baby? Dude, you need to stop or these women are going to have a heart attack chasing after you and wishing they could be with you.
These appear to be the first photos of his new child since his birth about 6 months ago and he appears to be healthy as can be and beautiful. One can only hope that he grows old with his dad and they have the chance to watch some of the movies like “The Notebook” together and laugh at how “Dad” used to be the “Really, Really Good looking Man” in the movie.

Case # 1
A former western Pennsylvania judge is accused of stealing cocaine brought into his courtroom as evidence. An investigative grand jury and Pennsylvania’s Attorney General’s Office say it happened in the stately Washington County Courthouse.
Former Judge Paul Pozonsky resigned last year when they started investigating his allegedly taking and misusing drug case evidence. Now, he faces several charges, including theft, drug possession, and conflict of interest ethics.
“We fully cooperated with the investigation and, needless to say, today’s events are troubling and humbling for former Judge Pozonsky,” said his defense attorney, Robert DelGreco.
Pozonsky came back from his new home in Alaska for arraignment.
A grand jury presentment describes Pozonsky:
-ordering that cocaine drug evidence be stored in his office filing cabinet,
-sometimes demanding drug evidence be brought to him when it hadn’t been already,
-ordering destruction of evidence, then claiming he’d destroyed it personally.
Case # 2
A southwestern Illinois judge whose colleague died of a cocaine overdose while the two were on a hunting trip together has been charged with possession of heroin and guns.
St. Clair County Circuit Judge Michael Cook pleaded not guilty during a court appearance Friday in U.S. District Court in East St. Louis.
A criminal complaint accuses Cook of using a controlled substance while in possession of firearms.
A judge ordered him freed on his own recognizance.
Authorities say Cook and newly appointed St. Clair County Judge Joe Christ were staying at the Cook family’s hunting lodge in western Illinois’ Pike County on March 10 when Christ was found dead. A coroner said Friday that Christ died of a cocaine overdose.
Cook has not been charged in Christ’s death.
